Jason's Story...
Jason was always a happy child. He forever had a smile on his little face and as that face grew, so did that smile. He had a way about him that he could bring out a smile or laughter from his family and friends. He was the one who "always cheered for the underdog, encouraging them to do their best" as his 6th grade teacher told us. The one who could be comfortable with "the athletes, the musicians, the academicians" as Mr. Mrozek wrote. The one who would listen to anyone with a problem, no matter what the hour, and the one who would take soup to someone not feeling well. As his Aunt Karen says, "Jason truly was a bright star" in our family and for all who were, and still are, touched by his presence. Jason also showed his love and concern for others by signing an organ donor card. He gave four people a "second chance" at life. Jason will always be with us in our hearts and our memories. We love you Jason Lee!

Jason was born on June 17, 1983 during a severe thunderstorm. The phone lines were down as was some electricity. That should have been a clue that he would "weather" all storms with laughter and bring joy to others during "stormy" times, as he did to us that night.
